We design by evaluating routes, resources, and feasibility for each project.
Before defining the solution, we conduct technical visits, sometimes through our partners abroad, to assess the load, identify needs, and evaluate special conditions
We work with suppliers and strategic allies to design viable solutions, considering route studies when necessary. We analyze tunnels, bridges, rivers, and narrow roads, and evaluate multimodal options to optimize transportation.
The logistics design integrates operational planning, timelines, costs, and technical feasibility.

With the proposal accepted, we begin detailed planning to ensure the cargo arrives on time, avoiding overruns and delays. We define schedules, diagrams, and key dates in pre-operational meetings with the client and team.
We coordinate with suppliers and allies to ensure that all resources are ready, from cranes and forklifts to spaces at the destination. We also manage permits, customs procedures, and meetings with the shipping company, considering the necessary permit times.
Our goal is an efficient operation without reprocessing. Depending on complexity, planning may be divided into stages.
